          Hi, everyone, my name is Jhan Carlos; I am 39 years old. I am a single father of a beautiful 14-year-old baseball player. I am currently seeking my degree, BS Information Technology. I work in the #1 hospital in New York City, New York-Presbyterian Hospital. At NYP, I`m an Information Technology Desktop support  Level I. I have been doing this job for approximately 18 months; in this role, I`m responsible for creating training rooms for the new system call Epic. It is a privately held healthcare software company. According to the company, hospitals that use its software hold medical records of 64% of patients in the United States and 2.5% of patients worldwide, I`m planning to finish my BS to get a promotion to level II or III and continue my education toward my master’s degree in management, to become a manager. I hope I can gain some knowledge in this course to help me to understand more about cloud computing, Virtual desktop infrastructure (VDI).
